When looking for a Realtor, many people seek a combination of qualities - local knowledge, commitment to customer service and a high level of training. I offer all three and more to create an unparalleled home buying or selling experience. Negotiating on behalf of my clients is extremely important to my job. I have had 20 years of experience in real estate negotiations.


My philosophy is the that client always comes first, and I will go above and beyond to find the right home for my buyer, or find the right buyer for my seller. A high standard of service is the name of the game for me. At the root of this service is communication. I believe that good communication between myself and my clients and other Realtors can solve pretty much any problem.


I began my real estate career here in San Diego in 1999. I had just arrived in the US from South Africa with my 3 young sons in tow and of course my husband. I enjoy working with people and felt that real estate would be a good career for me as it would enable me a flexible schedule with 3 busy kids. I also enjoy looking at homes and the design of homes. I absolutely love getting a home ready to sell which includes working out what needs to be done to make it look great for potential buyers and for the photos. I will assist with various levels of staging. Then getting it marketed and sold and dealing with the negotiations and any problems which can arise. I work very well with other Realtors to achieve a closing with everyone happy. A happy client is my #1 goal.

Real Estate Certification

I have pursued further education and professional training to best meet my clients' needs. I have earned the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), awarded only to 3% of Realtors. I continue to educate myself on new technology, new laws etc. to do with real estate so I can serve you best.
